Welcome to Symbiont Intelligence. By purchasing services from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Symbiont Intelligence provides AI consulting, strategic advisory, automation development, and digital implementation services. Services may include live consulting sessions, digital deliverables, documentation, system configuration, and advisory support.

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hourly services are billed at the rate displayed at time of purchase. Prepaid packages must be used within 90 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. No Guarantees

We provide professional advisory services. While we aim to improve business performance and technical implementation, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and necessary access credentials required to complete agreed services.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client’s property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Symbiont Intelligence retains the right to use generalized knowledge and frameworks developed during service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symbiont Intelligence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
