Refund Policy

Symbiont Intelligence provides professional AI consulting and digital services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1) Hourly Consulting Sessions

Hourly consulting is billed in advance (or invoiced after the session if agreed in writing).

    •    If you cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours notice, your payment can be applied to a future session.

    •    If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, the session is non-refundable.

2) Prepaid Packages

If you purchase a prepaid package (example: 3-hour block, 5-hour block), you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund only if no session time has been used and no work has begun.

Once any portion of the package is delivered, the remaining balance is non-refundable, but may be converted into a credit at our discretion.

3) Digital Deliverables / Work Product

If your service includes documents, configurations, automations, templates, code, or other deliverables, payments become non-refundable once work has begun (including preparation, research, build time, or implementation).

4) Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We keep records of session scheduling, communications, and delivered work.
